“HOW SATISFIED ARE YOU WITH THE GOVERNMENT SERVICES?”

ANALYSIS OF CONDUCTED SURVEY

Analyzing the results of the survey one can admit that the respondents were willing to participate and support the smooth flow of the research; but the received data cannot be 100% accurate, because some of the respondents failed to answer all the set of questions, or failed to provide a detailed description. And some of them didn`t prefer to express dissatisfaction.

As a result, we can showcase that the majority is satisfied with the Government services ( A ) and the rest is close to satisfaction ( B ). (Only one respondent graded the satisfaction level as C+(!))

As stated in survey, the major sectors facing the need for improvement were Labor (Employment) Immigration and Judiciary, followed by Housing and Land Department then at last RTA and Police. Respondents expressed a certain level of dissatisfaction with the slow and unclear procedures in Immigration, Employment and Labor offices, some criticism was given to Housing (regarding the spread of rent and sharing facilities) and RTA has been noted as struggling with the issues of traffic and some irregularities with public transportation.

Despite the dissatisfaction with some areas of Government services some respondents admitted that in general the situation with the Governmental Institutions is good, and that the officials are working on the improvements, creating a better future for the country.
